You have 14 days to change your mind. Bob would too.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Use the cancellation form at okbob.fi/shop/cancel/ or email orders@okbob.fi with your order number. We confirm by email.
Where to send it
Send the item within 14 days of your notice to: OKBOB Returns, VilkenJävlaCirkus Oy, Haimoontie 248, 03400 Vihti, Finland. Include your order number in the parcel.
Condition
You may try it on the way you would in a shop. Items that have been worn or washed are no longer new, and we may deduct the loss of value from the refund, up to the full price.
Refund
We refund the price of the item and the standard shipping you paid, within 14 days of your cancellation notice, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the item is back with us or you have shown that you have sent it.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of sending the item back unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Faulty or wrong item
If the print is wrong, the item is damaged or it is not what you ordered, send a photo to orders@okbob.fi within 30 days. We replace it or refund it. You do not need to send the item back.
