Terms of sale
The short version: you order, we print it, we ship it. The long version is below.
Who you are buying from
OKBOB is a clothing label operated by VilkenJävlaCirkus Oy, Haimoontie 248, 03400 Vihti, Finland. Contact: orders@okbob.fi.
Prices
All prices are in euros and include the VAT of the delivery country (for example 25.5 % in Finland). The price is the same in every country. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Ordering and payment
Your order is confirmed when payment has gone through. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. We never see your card number.
Printing on demand
Every item is printed after you order it. That is why there is no warehouse, no leftovers and a slightly longer wait than a shop with shelves.
Cancelling
Use the cancellation form at okbob.fi/shop/cancel/ (also linked in the footer of every page) or email orders@okbob.fi. You get a confirmation by email with the date and time. Once printing has started we usually cannot stop it, but you still have the 14-day right of withdrawal described under Returns.
Applicable law
Finnish consumer protection law applies. Disputes can be taken to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) after contacting us first.
