Privacy
We collect what an order needs and nothing that a shop does not.

What we collect
Name, delivery address, email, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never store card numbers.
Why
To deliver your order, to send you the confirmation and shipping emails, to handle returns and to meet bookkeeping law. Basis: performance of the contract and legal obligation.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payment), Printful (printing and shipping, including the delivery address), and our email provider. Each processes data only to fulfil your order.
How long
Order data is kept for six years because Finnish bookkeeping law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
The shop uses a session cookie for your bag and a first-party analytics script that counts visits and purchases without advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted where the law allows, and complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). Email orders@okbob.fi.
